Sealed bearings that have been perfect so far. Great grip and kind of big platform for your foot. They are also pretty light for all you weight weenies :006:
It's nice to put these on and remove them because on the end of the bolt where you normally use a pedal wrench, there is a 6mm allen hole so they are simple to deal with.
Only downside is all of my pins are falling out, so locktite them in before you get any dirt stuck in the allen holes.

I got these pedals on jensonusa for $25 and they are the best pedals I have ever ridden for $25. I have had them forever and have no complaints yet, and no lost pins.
