I Digress,
Rog: I have heard nothing but good things about the Pike, but i'm not going to give it the thumbs up til i see some people pound it. 32mm is a plus, along with the U-Turn 90-140 and the remote lockout is a cool feature. QR-20 is a feature i've never been too excited about, but some people like it so i'll keep my mouth shut.
Moto: I have also heard good things about Boxxers in both the past and present, but i have never had the desire to own one. I'd rather pay half as much for a Jr. T that'll do the same job.
Nemesis: The reason that RockShox are easy to lift off the ground is because their damping BLOWS. Doesn't matter how much time you spend tuning the Rebound and Compression on a Psylo, Sid, or any low end model, it will almost always wind up feeling like a pogo stick.
DKadvany: Boxxers are created to be the best of the best, and thus have vitrually uncompromised internals. However, MOST of Rockshox's forks are mareketed to a pricepoint with little regard to quality. I believe that if they spent more time creating forks with less plastic and less sophisticated adjustments to hit their pricepoint, they would have a more loyal following, and do a better job of supporting the sport.
svfreerider87: Werd.
Keep us posted on these Pikes, i want to hear how they hold up.
