it's walnut creek skatepark, and no bikes aloowed, but it flows really well.
you can ride there at night usually, but only if you're cool with the skaters, and you're riding with a bmx crew, so unless you have those three things (night, skater friends, bmx crew) it's not a good idea to ride there. that morning we saw 5 guys get tickets for riding bikes. $200+ is not cool
