Never heard of them until now but it seems like a cool idea, especially since you can still hear outside noise. Looks like there is an Oneil stamped one and an Azonic stamped one. My guess is the only difference is the paint job. They are surprisingly cheap though, at $40. One of my team mates rigged up his own helmet once with regular ipod buds for a long Super D race once. He taped the buds on the helmet so they sat near his ears and then taped his ipod shuffle on the back of his helmet. He said it worked great and motivated him to keep pedaling.
