Manzanita Park BMX- Prunedale, CA

I went there for the first time and it is a really good track. They just had a National there today. You have to become a NBL member and the track is only open for practice/races at certain times. It is on the way to Monterey off of 101.

They had a live feed on go211 so they will probably have some video later on so you can check out the track.

Good job. I didn't know you were going to race there. I had trouble getting through the second straight cleanly. I never jumped the first jump on the second straight which I think is what I need to do. I also had trouble on the long double trying to manual it at speed. I could usually do it but not every single time. I guess I just need some more practice.

That step-triple in the 2nd strait is a bitch. would have been nicer on my own frame. but i cross treaded the bb on my frame the night before. so i threw all my stuff onto a loaner frame.... to small, short, and heavy.

Thanks

Also raced the national... 2nd in 16 Novice. I agree with jerott, that step triple is pretty hard. I like the rythem sections. The track was super flowy IF you can jump everything. Fun times though, i cant wait for the state race down there.
