Mudanoman's Never-ending Parts Review

Hey guys,

After going thru a ton of parts and bikes over the past 8 years, I have decided that there are some that just components that work better than others. Below are the parts that make my top list. The parts I select are based on durability, efficiency (how well it works), cost, warranty/cs, looks, etc*. I will update this list and do reviews on individual parts when time permits. I am not affiliated with any of the parts manufacturers and only here to give my honest opinion.

*I am 5'11", 150lbs, ride primarily DH and dirt jump once/twice a week.

Peace,
Ivan

Specialized 04 Durango Grips

Specialized 04 Durango Grips

These came stock on my P1 and I have been loving them ever since. In fact they made me think twice about lock grips which I thought I would never depart from.

Pros: solid feel/grip, lightweight, stays tight on bar, works well with or without gloves, no need to worry about sharp metal clamp or barend plug.

Cons: harder to install/uninstall, rubber life (bit thin), plain and simple.
