How often should I repair/service parts?

Looking for people's intelligence in this matter. I'm composing a "Bike Budget" in which my father would give me a certain amount of money in the year to service my bike, recognizing what I do requires money just like football requires cleats, jerseys, et cetera. Here's the list I've come up with. If you guys could help me out with how often I should service each part, that would be just dandy. And if you see that I've missed any parts, be sure to tell me to.
