more problems.. woo (problems with the shiver)

Hi again. My shiver is acting kinda weird. When I compress it and let it come back up it makes this clunk noise from both legs. I can see the knobs on the top of the uppers move down (where I beleive they are sapposed to be. When its compressed the knobs move up a bit higher than the uppers). I'm hoping I can just tighten something or adjust something and not have to take it to a shop. Also, the right seal is leaking a bit... but i dont think that has to do with the problem Im asking about. Thanks.

Jesus christ dude take it to a shop.

That's all that I have to say. If it's like "how do i make my fork stiffer" or some shizzle, that's fine to ask, but it sounds to me like your fork is having a really bad day. Take it in.

Holy crip it's a crapple!

I had a similar problem with knocking on my old Super-T. The tech at Sea Otter said it was quite common and used a couple shimmys under the knobs and that solved everything. :147: -mm

Oh sweet. Sounds like an easy fix. Can you explain how to do that? What do you use as shims?

I would contact Marzocchi. The shims are similar to those for disc brake calipers (very thin). They take away the play which may have developed from wear. -mm
