The 5th Element?

does anyone else but me hate 5th elements???
seems like it never ever feals right, I had it tuned and everything and it is still just not doing it for me... I may just have to purchase myself a dhx 5.0 air...

i love them like no other... the only other shock i might ever consder is a swinger 6 way

but i found the best way to tune them is to run like 45 psi, back out the bottm out most the way, abbout 40% sag, all adjustments out all the way cept end stroke in a lil bit and rebound tuned for your needs, but pretty fast compared to what groms and shops and progressive thinks it shoud be

in fact in general iahte the way shops and comapnies tune things... i do all of my own work

Downhill racing is not an extreme sport.

unless youre into that sorta thing...

ive never been able to dial in the 5th or the Swinger 6way. Regardless of advice and experimentation. I got my Fox working cherry in half the time and it rides like a dream. Plus, its about 3x as easier/faster to tune.

There both great shocks, but in my experience, the DHX5.0 is just that much better.

Aint that the truth

i cant stand the way that !@$# feels, i dont kno eveyone else seems to love it though. Everyone always tells me i have to adjust it for me.. and i do .. and it still feels like $!#@. what ever fox is better.
