Wheel rebuild- 4 bent spokes?

Hi All- I'm rebuilding my rear 36h wheel and want to use all my old spokes. I bent about 4 of them. The worst one was bent 10°. The others were 3-4 degrees from straight. My question: can I re-use these spokes after i straighten them?
Thanks,
Rich

I've built 2 wheels b4. but I would say no because the spokes won't be as strong as if you got some new ones. shouldn't be that bad tho.

good to go!

not a problem. Most spokes get bent and tweaked during a normal wheel build. Use your best judgement on whether the spokes are impaired or not but a 10 degree bend almost sounds like normal bend under tension.

I say if you're going through all the trouble to rebuild the wheel why not spend the the couple bucks to buy a few new spokes.

I've done both and the new spokes do make a difference. they last a lot longer and its not that much $ to buy new ones

For my style of riding, I think these four spokes will not compromise the integrity of the wheel. This is for a 2ndary XC/Trail/around town bike.
For me, it's not a matter of a couple bucks, but it’s more of an issue to find time in my schedule to actually go to a shop.
Well, I built it up; hopefully I got the tension right!

I personally would replace em. Its honestly like 65cents or something a spoke. maybe a bit over 1 dollar. But i really dont think its worth it trying to salvage some maybe okay spokes when it only costs 5 bux or less to get new ones. I say go new or go home! :)
