i would vote for hadleys w/ 823's setup UST. that will save you some weight.

if you're just looking for a regular setup go with the above, 729's w/ hadleys.

i'd go for a 729 on a hadley. my rear 729 is dented so far in u can see the tire bead, and i'm still riding on it. strong as f*ck.
