fox float rear shock loses air

my friend has a new juliana with a float rear shock. rode fine and then one day it had no air. she pumped it up and it worked fine for that ride and another ride the next week but then a week later it has no air again. any ideas?

Try changing the schrader valve core, my 5th would lose air just like that and it was the valve core.

If its a new bike take it to the dealer and tell them to do an air sleeve service. It shouldnt need to go to fox and if its a new bike kick the tech in the nuts if he trys to charge you.
