air adjustments

I had an 04 marzochi z150 freeride sl which leaked and then I sent it to marzocchi and they gave me a new fork, an 05 z150. I am having problems with getting the air levels right so that the rebound is good, the fork doesn't top out, and it is not stiff as a rock. There are two things I can put air in and I have played with them for about an hour trying different combinations. I can make it really stiff and not top out but the second I make it have the right plushness for me it tops out.
I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions or experience with a fork like this.

if u want it stiffer you could maybe add some more oil, possibly a heavier weight, but its not good to mix. maybe add some thinner weight to loosen it up a lil.

why not mix? people mix fluid all the time. unless your talking about between Marzocchi and say Finish Line. Otherwise you can mix different weights for a custom weight; ie. combining 5 wt and 10wt for 7.5wt.

forks do not always come with the correct fluid level either.
