Manitou Nixon Super

Anybody know how to tune a Manitou Nixon Super? I bought it dirt cheap, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to get the air pressure right - I'm a big guy and it's kind of soft. There are two air chambers, but I don't know which is which. Or maybe I'm missing the boat and it is a coil fork and the spring is too light. Manitou is no help at all (no surprise there).

Hey, I’ve got the instruction manual for that fork. Let me know if you want to have a peek at it. I’m sure you can get the info via there site.
