azonic outlaw axel conversion?

I just bought the wheelset but without instructions for the conversions. They came already instralled with quickrelease axels. But, I want to change the front to 20mm and the rear to the 12mm axel bolt. Is there anyone that can help me or have the instructions?:17:

for the front, just unscrew the converter on the hubs... on the rear you've gotta replace the QR one with the 12mm thats supplied...

Keep in mind that with the 1st gen Outlaws, when changing the rear to 12 mm, it increases the width form 135 to 150 mm. I'm sure it's the same w/ 2nd gen, too.

For the rear, what tools do I need to remove the QR? Will two wrenches work, if not can someone be kind enough to lend me their tool? and when I remove the QR bolt, do I turn both nuts counterclockwise?

the 20mm bolt has 2 different rubber side to it so which end of the bolt goes with the cassette side?

sorry, i'm pretty lame its my 1st time:01:
