gear ratio for single speed

so im gonna be riding street and im gonna have an SS set up. what size front chainring and rear SS cog should i get? i was thinking 32 16. but im not sure.

oh and does anyone have SS cogs/spacers/front chain rings lying around theyd wanna sell?

2:1 is not bad. I personally prefer something a tad higher like 34x16.

Might make sense getting a cog kit with various sizes to see what works best, but without a derailleur type chain tensioner you will be adjusting the chain length with every cog change which is not fun :P

yeah im a little bit worried kause i am gonna be using vert drop outs. but i think the half link chain will do the trick.
