Yes,10 pounds is alot. I have not ridden it on the trail yet. I did drop like
2 pounds before by changing the tires and tubes. That was incredible,I
could feel the difference. Mostly in the front. I can not even consider what
this would feel like? I have been off the bike for I think 8 mounths? It's been
crazy. I am worried about EC's Tire as it seems paper thin on the sidewalls.
I would mash Soquel with the Super just to have fun all the time. This should
be a real treat for me. I never know what bike to bring to Soquel, both are
soo much fun. The Hardtail has been there 70%,while the 8 has been there
at least 30% of the time. Yes it's stupid to bring the 8,but it's so much fun
and makes me stronger.

I am sending my freehub off of One of my rear rims for the 8 to Hadley
tommorow. They are so proper it aint funny. The wife wants a White
seat post to set it off. I said enough Honey!

Gnat,I am sorry to read your post on Freeride. That boy has raw talent.
I'll keep my radar on. Peace.
