Parts came in.

I am very busy. Off topic. I just bought a Circa 95 GT LTS 2?
3 Banger mostly XT with a bit of LX. Mavic rims,Old ass Rock
Shock, and a 120 KORE stem. It was clean,I mean Clean. The
Tiago Headset was Done. Other than that, not a single
complaint I had.:147: I went over it with tooth and comb.
I bought the bike for my Son's Best Friend. It was a blessing
for him. When he showed up to get it,he darn near shed a
Tear. I am just happy that he can now keep up with my Son
and have a **** eatin grin on his face. Peace.

Thanks Tone,

I'll take a shot of it. When he picked it up,my Boy and him
had just got off work,it was 1 in the morning. I was still
wrenchin on it. I had no V brake pads as all I run is Disc.
I wanted to change a whole bunch of stuff, but I said just
check the Bike Dog. I put 5 coats of Rock @ Roll lube, gave
him the bottle to take. I had it purin. I put a level on the
bar ends. He just loved those Bar Ends. Moy Boy was saying
he needs to get some risers and a short stem. You could
not say nothin to him that night, truly,he looked just like me
when I got my first squishy. I'll be helping him with upgrades
of course. That next day at work was hard for me,but I too could
not stop smilin. Peace.

I second Tone's statement. Dog, you truly are a saint in the biking community. Looks like the LTS is an unbeatable design as well, a wise choice and lucky find. Good to have another person riding!

All right Grrande,

Stage One. I put a New Race on the Monstor. I put a new
Star Nut on as well so I could have the Bling Pink Top Cap. It
just looks right to me. I could have just slapped on a Azonic
Head Lock, but I Love the Top Cap. It's complete. New Post
and Clamp, however I am not liking how the Post slides in the
Frame. More on that later. Seat clamp is tits. Brand New Salsa
Tubes and Hookworms. I tried to save a little wieght on the
tubes,no need for DH tubes. The HookWorms are Tanks as
is. Brand New Avid Rear Handle and Brake/Rotor soon to come.
Handle and Rotor are on. Torqued to spec of course on the rotor.
Brand New ODI Grips, and Race Face 31.8 Bars. No shim needed
on the Monstor Stem Thank You. :147: Front Brake I still dont
know? New Chainstay Wrap is on. I had to make another Phone
call. Still to come. Race Face Bash Guard, and a Salsa 36 Front Ring.
I was sure I had it covered, but I was wrong. ALL my Stuff is 4 Bolt.:02:
Still alot of work todo, but it's gettin there. I hope ya all like Lamb,I
cooked this a few weeks back for a Big Family Party. I thought I would
get the drool Factor on the First Shot for ya all. :13: Peace.

Dog{I hope these shots are open when you read the post, not mini
window's }

Dog, she's looking flawless. The chainstay wrap is clean, and the colors match perfectly. I dowloaded the pictures immediately, and after comparing the pictures to the other incarnations of the draco, I can say that she looks better than any time in the past. All the angles are right, the bike looks relaxed, the monster is... well... damn... Definitely proper.

I'm interested to hear what's up with the post. Is it seat tube scraping it near the top? too tight? to loose? paint on the inside of the seat tube? I'm sure you have it down. When I built her up with the monster, she was 45... 39lb is impressive. I could go on forever, my jaw has been on the floor for the past 20 minutes. Unfortunately, though, my last final is tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing her finished. So far, she's showing your love.

Grande

SirBike,

Thank You sooo much for putting the photos like that. I HATE
the mini shots! Am I doing somthing wrong? I am not computer
savy, but in the old days my shots always came up big. Like that
shot of FRide at DMC doing a look back. I want it big, that is one
of the best shots I ever took. Anyway. Darren,no that's not off
of the Super 8. I love that Fork so much I bought another one
for 300. It even has the Super Juice in it. Or Donkey Come as
the Boys at Zokie call it. BigHit has a point D,what's up with
the FOES? Is it proper? Is it fresh and clean with no caffiene?
If you take on a project Young Man,then honor it. I want pictures
ASAP. :261: Dont even think about telling me that Work has
anything todo with it.

Grrande, the seat tube gets narrower as it get's closer to the BB.
The post goes in about 8"'s and then stops. There was rust
on the inside,no paint. I almost bought a Seat Tube reamer
from Bill last mounth, but thought It was a waste of money. Now
I want it. I can cut the Post, which I dont want todo,I can probally
run a 26.8 Post,or Ream it out. I dont feel like spending Mo money
right now. I'll have todo something though. There is another problem.
The Monstor Bottom Crown is 1/8 from hitting the DownTube even
with the Bumper. A crash and the Crown will hit the Frame. I noticed
that you have already had this problem from the chipped paint. By the
way, running two sets of Bumpers wont work either. I tried that. I will
run a 1" thick Black Rubber Bungie cut with a hole drilled in it. It will look
clean,as clean as possible. The rear Dropout was bent,no problem it's steel
and I have the Tool to fix it. I am going to run the rear Der. Loop on the
inside of the frame, not outside. I must say Grrande,I am nervous about the
HeadTube on this Frame with that Monstor. Not like my DerKerf, convince
me that this HeadTube will not just rip right off. Peace.

Yo Dog that Draco is Grande tested. Check it...

It woulda ripped off a while ago if anything. ;)

To post big pictures you first have to do what you did before, upload them like usual. Then after you post you need to click on each tiny picture then right click on the bigger image that pops up and left click on properties. Then highlight what it says after "Address: (URL)" and copy that url link. Then go back to your post where you want the picture big and click edit. Finally click on the icon above the text field that looks like a yellow box with a mountain in the background. Paste the url you copied from before into the field that appears after clicking on that icon then press okay and click on save changes. Hopefully that makes sense. :11: :261:
