J's Blur4x

Just picked up this Santa Cruz Blur 4x last weekend. Came with the Fox RP3 and an X-Fusion O2 RL which has a lockout for XC. Got it from Tasso's pa, Jim. Big thanks to him. Funny thing is that the bike used to belong to the current sponsorship officer for the Wheelmen Team here at Cal Poly. I brought it out to his back yard pump track last night and he asked how much to buy it back from me cause he liked and missed it so much. I said four grand cause thats how much I like it :) Anyway, if you havn't already scroll down and check out the pictures.:07:

Finally got the brakes pretty dialed. Took a lot of bleeding and letting extra fluid out to get the levers at the right contact point for my liking. Also had to get new pads since the old ones were toast. Picked up and installed a new bottom bracket which helped the creaking stop that I was getting from the bb area. Tightening the loose chainring bolts also helped with that creaking. Now I'm only getting creaking from the stem bolts. I took them out and cleaned em off a lil but didn't have any new grease since I just ran out. Still creaks but with some fresh grease they should quite down. That rear tire is extremely thin too, I found out the hard way at the very top of my favorite trail. Pinched two holes in the tube. I gonna slap an old Nevegal on there for insurace. So far Im diggin the Fox shock over the X-Fusion. The Fox tracks better and has smoother damping.
