Ahh, back before it went through all the upheaval to become "CHDH" and all that.

It seems the market shift is upon us, and some folks do need to be reminded what this is all about.

Thumbs up Tasso-Thanks!!

even i need to remind myself sometimes, that why i keep an old video from my grom days handy... back then it didnt matter as long as you were rollin on 26s, and really back then even 24s were cool... hell even 20s... every day was bikes from morning til laaate at night

i remember a ride one time with darren and grande and josef and crew (might have been one of grandes last rides:15: )... but we were up at like 5 30, rode pacifica and stanford, all over the place, until probably atleast 9 that night... non stop...

hell wed ride urban on big ugly heavy dh bikes, dh on bmx bikes, monster ts were the ****, same with karpiels...

it was a constant game of one upping travel and concrete ledges to drop off of

I just caught this thread. I remember those rides, doing "trials" on full on squishy DH bikes, urban DH races through stanford, getting screamed at and chased by security, the radiator jump, our constant battles against poison oak at pacifica, you speaking to a certain group of peoples about "living a healthier life" on my PA in front of that deli, routine Sunday early AM rides - early enough to hit Mickey D's for breakfast right after Montara mountain, man the list goes on. You must get a hold of me the next time you're back in town so we can continue with the shenanigans.

aim convo with Chris (fr4life)
sirbikesalot15: people who include my convos in their sigs are idiots
