Whats the best upper body armor suit in your opinion, besides Dianese stuff. As of now I'm goin with the azonic one, but tell me about yours! Whats good about it, whats bad? Is it breathable? will it actually save you? and anything else. Thanks.

do you own one of these 661 jackets? Do they breath well? The '04s look like they might. The '03 look like they would protect good but also cook me to death. But ive never tried them. Anyone know about how good these suckas ventilate?

I bought the FlakJacket after taking a spill at SandHill. I also have the CYA shorts, which are great for snowboarding as well. I used the jacket in the halfpipe as well (didn't really need it). I would also suggest picking up a longsleeved jersey if you don't already have one. The elastic "belt" tends to work its way up to my stomach, but I would think that is a problem with other jackets. I would also suggest checking out the 661 urban assult shortsleeved jackets. Those look pretty descent as well, and cost less. If you really need arm guards, you could buy those separate. I was also considering cutting off the sleeves and reattaching with zippers. Dunno tho...

The Azonic isn't really all that great, fit and function. Slides around and the quality just isn't as good as a 661 pressure suit or a rock garden flak jacket. I wouldn't get the Azonic unless it was given to me, not worth the money.IMHO
