Just lookin for a pair of new shades.. wonderin if anyone has come across a place to buy Oakley/Spy/etc for relatively cheap. Thanks.

redwood trading post in RWC, they have stuff for cheap prices. theres also a sunglasses hut in Hillsdale. if you go there, also check out pacific sunwear, they have relatively cheap arnettes, spys, black flys and some others. if youre looking for biking lenses (made so that the lens isnt too dark or too light, and that it distorts the image less when looking at the ground ahead) REI has a good selection. I got mine from Niketown in SF, they had all sorts of crazy info on lenses there, but they were expensive and its far away.

u can buy the special edition RTs (look in my avatar) at the oakley outlet in the great mall, or u can get them strate from raymond himself.

Yea the RT's are sick and so is the real RT but ya we get to talk to him maybe once a week if we're lucky, sometimes he sells them, but if not get tham at STORE.

i tend to loose or destroy sunglasses easily, so I get 'em where they're cheap. Last pair lasted only 2 days since I lost them before the trip ended. They were from the Sierra Trading Post Store out in Nevada (which, by the way, was a really cool store even though not all the prices match those on the website; they have cpu's in store for that). If you wear 'em when you ride, consider the crash factor. STP usually has lotsa Spy Glasses for cheap.

Dont know about sunglasses, but i got my SPY goggles fro hella cheap at CIT Sports in Palo Alto...

Supergo, we have Oakley, Smith, Rudy's and a couple of others, they should all be going on sale during June 9-13 (Grand Opening)

At Chain Reaction in Los Altos, there already on sale. You can have any frame with cuastom lenses, just we might have to order. Also, there is smith sliders.

dont get replaceable lense models, i had a pair of $140 nikes with removable lenses, they were great for a week, then the wear and tear made the lenses pop out randomly and had the lenses flex so that light shone through between them and the frames. Thankfully Nike took them back no problem, and i got a different model
