Possible DH/DJ park

As cool as it would be to have it at Valpariso Hill, there are several problems.

1) Not much building land...It's like a bumpy big lump hill.
2) Neighbors
3) Lots of psycho hippy dog walkers
4) No parking
5) Hard to get large machines up there
6) Menlo Park is really uptight...It would take years to even get them to consider it for evaluation.

Ya, I am aware of most of the legal business. I would be sure to get all the liabilty and legal stuff done first then start building. One possible place, and I havent checked it out yet, is about an hour or less away. My dad knows someone that owns a lot of land in some hills and we are going to look into lessing part of it to test this idea, but this is not for sure. I really dont want all you to get your hopes up but I am going to try hard to get this to work
