Hadley vs. DT Swiss

Sooo just wondering what hubs you think are best, hadleys or DT 440s. Just got a new bike with some DT's but allready have the hadleys so not a question of buying them but performence.

what bike did u get:06: DT's prolly have easier maintenence and tech support, since Hadley doesent have a website, and you have to have the special hadley tool to tighten the hub cones. Otherwise, there prolly about the same performance-wise, it just depends if you want a loud hub or not. ;)

My mom was in Cali for a little and came back with a V10 :09: I'm outa Monaco right now so I'll try and get some pics up next week, cant wait to ride it. The hadley is loud but does sound pretty sexy....

I classify those hubs on the same level. Ive been riding Hadleys since I started racing DH 7 years ago. I JUST now had to rebuild my 6 year old rear Hadley 12mm. Bearings are perfect! It just needed some new axle seals and good to go. By the way, I never got the tool. If you have access to a shop, its easy to use something else or fabricate things.

DT 440s or the DT FR are great hubs too. I happen to believe Hadleys require a little less maitenence after owning both. This was the first time Ive ever even taken apart a Hadley. Both have good engagement, but the DT is a little lighter.

They are both sick options. Like racerx said the hadleys require less maitenence and they are easier to work on. What it really comes down to is what hubs are going to look cooler on your bike.
