Pike 454 U-turn or Nixon Elite RTWD

Alright, I have a 2005 Giant Reign 1 with a Swinger 3 way in the rear and have up/downgraded to a 2005 Nixon Elite (coil sprung) with wind down travel. I'm debating if I should put on a Pike 454 U-turn with 5mm less travel, or stick with the Nixon which feels pretty damn good right now. Thoughts?

Yeah, I've had a pike 426 on my hardtail jumper/4x bike until i broke my collar bone. Feels pretty damn good, so I was debating if I wanted to go with pike's all around because I was going to build up a new wheelset with some white syncros rims with some phil woods. Chris King HD 20mm/bolt on hubs w/717s on my jumper and some white Phil Wood's 20mm/QR so all my wheelsets are compatible. Thanks guys for your input
