wut frame should i get?

I want to get a new full suspension going and i want something with anywhere from 4"-no more than 8" this thing will get used for a lot of trail riding, freeriding, and downhilling, i'd like something that pedals rather well, so lemme hear some opinions/experiences with these types of frames. btw i'm looking to buy just a frame and spend no more than 7 hund.
