I vote for the East Bay because of the number of formal bike areas (SHR, SR-BMX, PBP, Livermore), the number of informal areas (Side-O, Moser, Sycamore, Red Devil), the number of Regional Parks, and all the random spots that pop up in open spaces, vacant lots and hills, and anywhere our shovels find a little bit of freedom.

ya plus were just better...

i think we have the biggest variety and just plain old more trails.... and more bikers... and were a cooler group of people to...

and were only a lil tiny stretch of land, east bay is like, huge...

Downhill racing is not an extreme sport.

unless youre into that sorta thing...

I chose santa cruz. Southbay has some good trails, and peninsula has a few sick spots. But santa cruz is the best for dj's and singletrack.

Of the 35 members that have voted so far, 16 say Santa Cruz is the best region for riding. I guess I should plan on heading there one of these weekends...
